Dr. Stacie Datteri serves as the President and CEO of CPCD, where she provides strategic vision and leadership to ensure the organization fulfills its mission of preparing children and families for success in school and in life. She oversees program quality, staff development, community partnerships, and organizational growth, always with a focus on creating opportunities that help families thrive.
With a background in education and nonprofit leadership, Stacie brings extensive experience in early childhood development, program administration, and building strong community collaborations. Her expertise allows her to guide CPCD with a balance of compassion and strategy, ensuring that children and families receive the resources and support they need to succeed.
She is passionate about CPCD’s mission because she believes that investing in children and families creates ripple effects of positive change throughout the community. What inspires her most is seeing the transformation that happens when families are empowered with tools, knowledge, and support to build brighter futures. Through her leadership, she aims to expand access to high-quality early education, strengthen family engagement, and deepen CPCD’s impact across the region.
Outside of work, Stacie enjoys spending time with her family, finding joy in the everyday moments that keep her grounded and remind her of the importance of strong connections at home and in the community.

Jordan Weimar
Chief Financial Officer

Jordan serves as CPCD’s Chief Financial Officer, overseeing accounting, finance, payroll, and purchasing functions. Additionally, he works to ensure fiscal compliance with federal and state funding requirements.
With over 15 years of experience in non-profit accounting, Jordan utilizes his expertise to ensure stability for CPCD’s programs. He is driven by a belief in CPCD’s mission and a passion for seeing children and families thrive.
In his personal life, Jordan enjoys traveling with his wife and kids, hiking, and skiing.

Angie Brietweiser
Chief Human Resources Officer

Angie Brietweiser serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at CPCD, where she leads all human resources functions and strategic workforce planning to support staff across the agency. She focuses on building strong teams, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring CPCD has the people and systems in place to effectively serve children and families.
With a background in Human Resources, Business Administration, and Child Care Center Management; Angie brings experience in talent development, organizational strategy, and equity-centered HR practices. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, is SHRM-SCP (Society of Human Resources – Senior Certified Professional) certified, and earned a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace certification from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. Her expertise helps strengthen CPCD’s workforce so staff can do their best work in support of the organization’s mission.
Angie is passionate about CPCD’s work because of the meaningful impact early childhood education has on families and communities. Growing up in Walsenburg, Colorado, where Head Start played an important role in her community, she saw firsthand the difference programs like CPCD make in preparing children for school and life.

Amanda Rogers
Chief Administrative Officer

Amanda Rogers serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at CPCD, where she leads the Community Engagement and Health and Nutrition teams. In her role, she oversees the development and management of all federal and foundation grants, and she plays an active role in shaping CPCD’s engagement in both federal and state policy.
With a Master of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management Information Systems, she grounds her work in both strategic understanding and operational experience. She is a graduate of Leadership Pikes Peak (Class of 2019), a UCLA Head Start Fellow (Class of 2022), and currently serves as Treasurer of the Colorado Head Start Association. Her background in public policy, community leadership, and early childhood advocacy supports CPCD’s impact and direction.
With humility and a collaborative approach, Amanda focuses on creating an environment where others can do their best work and contribute to CPCD’s impact on children and families.

Annie Callahan
Executive Assistant to the CEO

Annie Callahan serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, providing high-level administrative and strategic support to the organization’s CEO and Board of Directors.
Born and raised in Colorado Springs, Annie began her career in the education field, starting as a Secretary and then serving as a Communications Officer. She transitioned into the healthcare field, where she spent four years as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of a private medical practice. In this role, she gained experience collaborating with nonprofit organizations throughout El Paso County and surrounding communities.
With a background in education and as a mom of three young girls, Annie has seen firsthand the difference that a strong foundation can make. She is inspired by CPCD’s holistic approach to early childhood education, preparing children for school while also strengthening and supporting the entire family.

Dr. Shana Lachowicz
Senior Director of Early Education

Dr. Shana Lachowicz is the Senior Director of Early Education. She has been with CPCD since 2006 and has worked with Head Start/Early Head Start for most of her professional career. She served as an Early Head Start teacher, a Child Development Supervisor and the Assistant Director of the Child Development department before taking on her current role. Shana is a Head Start graduate from New York, where she was born and raised. With her Doctorate, she dreamed of impacting the lives of Early Education Professionals in the community and CPCD is her community. Shana has begun to make a name for herself in the Early Childhood Education profession nationally. She was recently named one of the 2020 Rising Stars with the Colorado Spring’s Business Journal. Shana teaches EQIT (Expanding Quality in Infant and Toddler care), an infant/toddler class part time and loves working with emerging professionals. She is proud to bring her passion for not only the development of ECE professionals, but also awareness of equality issues within our community. Outside of CPCD, she loves spending time with her son, enjoys music, and is eager to begin traveling again. Shana is excited to be a part of this impressive leadership team and continue her professional growth at CPCD.

Donna Garcia
Senior Director of Family Resources

As the Senior Director of Family Resources, Donna oversees the Family Services, Transportation, and Enrollment departments to ensure integrated, high‑quality support for children and families.
With a Master’s Degree in Community and School Counseling, Donna brings 30 years of committed service, strategic oversight, and deep-rooted community engagement. She has dedicated her professional life to empowering families and ensuring children have equitable access to early education.
As a former Head Start parent, Donna deeply believes in the power of comprehensive services. Through her leadership at CPCD, Donna strives to strengthen the systems and supports that empower families and children.

Delberta Uvalle
Director of Volunteer Resources

Delberta joined Community Partnership for Child Development in 1986 as a parent volunteer where she served as Policy Council President. She then became a staff member in 1990 with the hope of helping to advance CPCD’s mission within her community. She has held a variety of positions over the years, starting as an administrative assistant then moving into Human Resources. In 2009, Delberta found her true calling in Volunteer Engagement and received her Certification in Volunteer Administration. Over the last 10 years she has played a pivotal role in helping to build the CPCD Volunteer Program into what it is today. A program that not only meets the basic needs of our agency but explores ways to engage the community utilizing their individual skills to enhance the services we provide to our children.
Delberta grew up in Wyoming and arrived in Colorado Springs after her husband’s commitment to the Marine Corp ended and they chose to continue his education and to raise their family here. When she isn’t busy toting the value of CPCD to the community she enjoys spending time with her husband of 30 years, their children/spouses and four amazing grandchildren.

Director of Facility Operations

Cody is responsible for overseeing CPCD’s facilities operations, including maintenance, capital projects, safety compliance, and vendor coordination, ensuring that all sites are safe, functional, and supportive of children, families, and staff.
Cody brings a background in facilities operations, maintenance, and project management, with experience overseeing complex building systems, capital improvements, and safety compliance across multiple sites. His work has included coordinating contractors and vendors, managing budgets, and supporting regulatory requirements, all while ensuring minimal disruption to daily program operations.
Cody is passionate about CPCD’s mission because safe, stable, and welcoming environments play a critical role in a child’s ability to learn and thrive. Knowing that the work he does behind the scenes directly supports children, families, and staff gives him purpose.

Stephanie serves as the Director of Development at CPCD, leading fundraising strategy and community engagement efforts to advance the organization’s mission. Her focus is on building meaningful relationships with donors, partners, and community stakeholders to ensure sustainable resources for our programs. She works to elevate awareness of CPCD’s impact, strengthen philanthropic investment, and guide the Community Engagement team in creating opportunities for the community to actively support children and families.
Stephanie has spent more than a decade serving the Colorado Springs nonprofit community, working across organizations that support individuals with disabilities and youth-focused initiatives. Throughout her career, she has held executive leadership and fundraising roles, developing strategic growth plans, cultivating donor partnerships, and leading mission-driven teams. In her work, Stephanie aims to raise awareness of the transformative power of early childhood education and family support.

Jessie serves as the Health and Nutrition Director where she leads her team in ensuring children’s health, nutrition, and medical needs are consistently met. Together, they partner with families to promote preventive health, navigate access to care, and stay on track with important health requirements.
With 25 years of experience in education, Jessie brings a deep commitment to early childhood development that focuses on the power of play in learning. Her nutrition expertise and background in developing community-led health initiatives allow for the creation of health programs that feel approachable, responsive, and truly supportive.
Jessie has dedicated her career to strengthening community health through equitable access to education and resources. She is passionate about working with children, who inspire her to stay present and find joy in each moment. Mary Beth Reichert serves as the Director of Specialized Services at CPCD, where she leads the Behavioral Health and Special Needs teams. She oversees staff development, service quality, and the cultivation of vital family and community partnerships.
With an extensive background in child development and specialized learning environments, Mary Beth brings deep expertise to the birth-to-five population. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, she utilizes her clinical foundation to facilitate and support seamless partnerships between the classroom and the home.
Mary Beth is deeply passionate about her work at CPCD, driven by the knowledge that early intervention and dedicated support systems set children and families on a path to lifelong success. She believes CPCD stands as a premier model of holistic support—integrating high-quality classroom instruction with family services, health and nutrition to care for the whole child. She wants her impact and leadership to continue to support these integral systems.

Crystal Olson-Carranza is the Director of Enrollment and Outreach at CPCD, where she has proudly served for over 10 years. She leads enrollment and outreach efforts to ensure children and families have equitable access to high-quality early childhood education and a smooth, welcoming start to their CPCD journey.
With a background in Psychology and working with families, Crystal has developed strong relationship building skills and gained expertise in enrollment, compliance, outreach strategy, and family engagement. Through supporting staff, and collaborating with community partners, she gained the skills needed to lead enrollment and outreach efforts with both accountability and a strong commitment to serving families well.
Crystal is passionate about creating systems that are both efficient and family-centered. She believes the first interaction a family has with CPCD sets the tone for their entire experience, and she is committed to ensuring that every family feels supported, respected, and valued.
Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, Marilyn and Milo, who keep her active and bring plenty of joy to her days. She values integrity, meaningful relationships, and continuous growth—both personally and professionally.
